Northern Nevada Residential Energy Efficient
Furnace Rebate Program

Program Description

Southwest Gas is offering rebates for a limited time on the purchase of qualifying natural gas furnaces that will be installed in its northern Nevada residential customers' homes. Southwest Gas serves northern Nevada residential customers in areas of Churchill, Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Pershing, Carson, Douglas, Lyon and Washoe Counties.

You can purchase a qualifying appliance at home appliance stores, on-line, or through a licensed contractor. Only equipment meeting the program efficiency guidelines will be eligible for the rebate. Offer is limited to one (1) furnace per customer per calendar year. Any individual rebate amount shall not exceed purchase price.

Rebate Application

Request a rebate application by calling 1-866-802-7790, or download an application from this webpage. Rebates can also be completed on online, click here.

Purchase Dates

Rebates are available for purchases made November 1, 2009 through November 30, 2011, or until funds are no longer available, or until program is discontinued, whichever comes first. Due to limited funding, please submit your application as soon as possible after purchase. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Deadline

Rebate application must be postmarked by December 15th, 2011.

Required Documents

Along with the completed, signed rebate application including your Southwest Gas account number, submit a copy of your sales receipt or invoice showing place of purchase, date purchase, brand and model number. Note: Appliance(s) must be installed prior to the payment of any rebate.

Processing Time For Rebate

Please allow 6 - 8 weeks to receive your rebate.

Limitations

This offer is limited to equipment installed in a northern Nevada residential customer's home receiving natural gas from Southwest Gas. Offer not valid in conjunction with other utility rebates for the same end-use product.
