Nevada Commercial Energy Efficient
Equipment Rebate Program

Southwest Gas commercial customers in Nevada may be eligible to receive rebates on the purchase and installation of NEW high-efficiency natural gas storage and tankless water heaters, griddles, fryers and combination ovens.

Rebate Application Details

Rebates are available for purchases made January 1, 2012 through November 30, 2012 or until program funds are no longer available, whichever comes first. Due to limited funding, please submit your Rebate Application as soon as possible after purchase and installation. Products must be installed before submitting a Rebate Application. Rebate Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Completed Rebate Applications must be postmarked by December 15, 2012⁺, whichever comes first.

⁺Program participation dates are subject to funding availability and may change without notice. Program and submission deadline dates will be updated on the Southwest Gas website.

Some equipment may also qualify for a federal tax credit*.

Required Documents

Along with the completed, signed Rebate Application that includes your Southwest Gas account number, please submit a copy of your receipt/invoice(s) that lists where the equipment was purchased, the date(s) of purchase, purchase price and model number(s). Note: Equipment must be installed prior to the payment of any rebate. Southwest Gas reserves the right to verify both the efficiency and installation of equipment before a rebate is issued.

Processing Time for Rebate

Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your rebate(s).

Program Eligibility & Limitations

• All qualifying equipment must be natural gas and must be installed at the business location of a Nevada commercial customer receiving natural gas service from Southwest Gas.
• Rebates are limited to new equipment only; leased, used or rebuilt equipment is not eligible.
• Warranty replacements ar not eligible.
• Any individual rebate amount cannot exceed 50% of the purchase price of the new equipment.
• Completed Rebate Application with documentation must be received by December 15, 2012 to be eligible for a rebate.
• Offer not valid in conjunction with other utility rebates for the same end use product.

This program is funded by Southwest Gas Corporation's Nevada customers and administered by Southwest Gas Corporation.
