Nevada Commercial Energy Efficient
Equipment Rebate Program

Program Description

Southwest Gas is offering commercial customers rebates for a limited time, on the purchase and installation of new, qualifying natural gas storage water heaters, griddles, steamers, fryers and combination ovens.

Rebates are limited to no more than two (2) of each qualifying appliance type per facility per calendar year. Any individual rebate amount shall not exceed purchase price.

Rebate Application

Request a rebate application by calling 1-866-802-7790, or download an application from this webpage. Rebates can also be completed on online, click here.

Purchase Dates

Rebates are available for purchases made November 1, 2009 through November 30, 2011, or until funds are no longer available, or until program is discontinued, whichever comes first. Due to limited funding, please submit your application as soon as possible after purchase. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Application Deadline

Rebate application must be postmarked by December 15th, 2011.

Required Documents

Along with the completed, signed rebate application including your Southwest Gas account number, submit a copy of your sales receipt or invoice showing place of purchase, date purchase, brand and model number for every item rebated.

Processing Time For Rebate

Please allow 6 - 8 weeks to receive your rebate.

(Commercial Models)		 Thermal efficiency >= 90%. 50% of purchase price up to $1700
Griddle Must be Energy Star® qualified. 50% of purchase price up to $2100
Steamer Must be Energy Star® qualified. 50% of purchase price up to $550
Fryer Must be Energy Star® qualified. 50% of purchase price up to $2500
Combination Oven Combustion Efficiency rating >= 40%. 50% of purchase price up to $2500

Right To Confirm Eligibility

Southwest Gas reserves the right to verify both the efficiency and installation of equipment prior to issuing rebates.
