When its time to replace your old air conditioning system or heat pump, Roseville Electric recommends that you consider a new high efficiency replacement air conditioning system or heat pump. We offer generous rebates for upgrading to a high efficiency model or you may qualify for a low interest loan Click Here. The program is in effect between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008 or until funds are depleted, whichever comes first. Funds may not be used for new construction; this program is for retrofit only. Customers must submit a reservation to confirm that funds are still available for air conditioning and heat pump rebates. To reserve rebate funds, the customer or contractor must submit a copy of the contractor's proposal to EGIA via fax @ 800-506-9073. Within a couple of days, EGIA will notify the customer or contractor with a reservation code to confirm the reservation. Without a reservation, the funds cannot be guaranteed. All reservations must be submitted by November 30, 2008.
Air conditioning rebates now require a signed and dated building permit and the Installer Compliance Statement for Duct Leakage and Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) verification. The Installer Compliance Statement is on Pages 4-5 of the Residential Compliance Form CF-6R and they can be downloaded here.
