1	Purchase a SoCal Water$mart-qualifying water efficient product.
2	Verify that you are a customer of a participating water agency.
3	Complete the Rebate Application:

	Print and complete:
4	Mail your original product purchase receipt, a copy of your water bill, and completed application (or confirmation page if filled out online) to:
