Effective July 1, 2008, SoCal Water$mart is a region-wide program brought to you by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and the Family of Southern California Water Agencies that offers rebates for water efficient purchases for your home.

High Efficiency Clothes Washers: starting at $135
High Efficiency Toilets: starting at $30 for upgrading standard toilets; $165 for replacing older, inefficient toilets
Weather-Based Irrigation Controllers: starting at $80/controller for less than 1 acre of landscape; $630/acre for more than 1 acre of landscape
Rotating Nozzles: starting at $4/nozzle
Synthetic Turf: starting at $0.30/Square Foot

Your water agency may offer additional rebates.

SoCal Water$mart provides rebates for residents of single-family homes. If you live in an attached or multi-family home, please inquire with the Multi-Family program
